Obamas “American Jobs Act” Speech translated to real English

I watched his speech last night… Lot of hype and no-one I know has yet to see an actual written version of the plan. Yet he repeatedly told Congress they need to pass it now … One can only assume it was nothing more than either yet another campaign speech or he’s laying the groundwork so that he can make Congress look bad in the near future when something is actually produced in writing and it contains any or all of the flaws he spoke of… Gotta give Obama credit – his ability to hire speech writers is top notch… I really dont feel I can say the same for his level of common sense though
