Every child deserves the chance to thrive
Millions of kids around the world are growing up in orphanages, and most of them are not growing into successful adults. Substance abuse. Prostitution. Incarceration. Homelessness. Suicide. They are failing by any social measure. But it does not have to be this way. Residential programs fill a critical role in the continuum of orphan and vulnerable children care, and robust child-centric programming prepares kids for successful life after care. And that is where Hope Institute enters the picture.
Love is not enough. Children also need structure, stability, security. Children growing up in residential care need a safety net when they age out, and a real chance to succeed as independent adults.
Hope Institute partners with OVC care providers. We teach research-driven strategies that have proven successful in the field, and we adapt the training experience to each unique program. Because our training is highly customized, we are able to address the challenges of OVC programs anywhere in the world.
If you provide residential care to orphans and vulnerable children, please contact us about training.
